Samantha is originally from Natchitoches, Louisiana, and relocated to the Shreveport/Bossier area. As a
mother of four, she spends a lot of time with her children and loves to travel.
She started her career in the Mortgage industry in 2006 as a Mortgage Processor and quickly elevated
from there. Over the years she has completed vigorous retail sales training and marketing programs and
is now the owner and CEO of a Tax Prep Firm as well as Co-Owner of a Credit Guidance Company. She
holds licensed/management positions in both companies.

Samantha decided to venture into real estate in May of 2022 because it goes hand in hand with her
career path. By adding her real estate license to her expertise in credit and mortgages, she is now able
to help prospective buyers and sellers with all aspects of the entire process.
Her goal has always been to see families realize the dream of home ownership. She especially has a
passion to assist individuals in underserved communities in becoming first-time home owners.
Samantha is ecstatic about helping clients through their real estate journey while providing honesty,
integrity, and devotion, along with a seamless experience.
